- • As a HubSpot CRM Strategist, you will serve as the trusted advisor and face of the company to senior-level clients, leading large-scale HubSpot implementations that drive measurable business impact across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
- • Day to day, you will lead HubSpot implementation projects, configure and optimize HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data, and AI), translate client strategies into technical solutions, build reporting frameworks, train clients and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, mentor CRM Specialists, collaborate cross-functionally, manage project timelines and budgets, and support sales and marketing initiatives through strategic recommendations and thought leadership.
- • You will join a client-centric, collaborative team at Global Talent Co. focused on helping organizations maximize the value of their CRM systems through strategic implementation, process optimization, and long-term partnerships built on trust and measurable outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the full HubSpot ecosystem, earn HubSpot Trainer Certification, lead enterprise-scale CRM transformations, strengthen stakeholder and client relationship management skills, and drive measurable ROI for clients while growing as a strategic advisor and CRM leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience building solutions within the HubSpot platform
- • Deep expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem and HubSpot software suite
- • Strong understanding of technologies commonly integrated into HubSpot environments
- • Highly client-facing with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- • Proven ability to maintain high client satisfaction while driving measurable business outcomes
- • Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating complex client challenges
- • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- • Passion for client success and delivering outstanding results
- • Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred
- • Required HubSpot certifications: HubSpot Trainer Certification, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot Service Hub Certification, HubSpot Revenue Operations Certification
