📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of human-centered culture and ways-of-working transformations for utility clients using Kraken’s Human Design framework.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for enabling client teams to adopt new behavioral norms, leadership practices, and learning systems that drive organizational change.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to utility executives and mid-management teams transitioning to agile, customer-centric operating models.
• Facilitate behavioral transformation initiatives that align client teams with Kraken’s vision of sustainable, tech-enabled energy systems.
• Collaborate with clients to identify cultural barriers to innovation and co-create interventions that foster psychological safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Integrate coaching methodologies into client engagement cycles to sustain behavior change beyond initial implementation phases.
• Partner with the Org Design and Tech teams to ensure human enablement initiatives are aligned with technological adoption and operational workflows.
• Develop and refine Human Design playbooks, templates, and assessment tools based on real-world client outcomes and global best practices.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments of client organizational cultures to pinpoint gaps in leadership, communication, and employee engagement.
• Train and mentor client-facing consultants on Human Design principles, ensuring consistent delivery across global engagements.
• Present findings, progress metrics, and transformation roadmaps directly to C-suite and senior utility stakeholders.
• Stay current with evolving trends in organizational psychology, change management, and human-centered design in regulated industries.
• Translate complex energy industry challenges into actionable human capital strategies that support digital transformation and customer experience innovation.
• Ensure all Human Design activities are grounded in Kraken’s mission to build a smarter, more sustainable energy future.
• Document and share lessons learned across Kraken’s global client base to accelerate organizational learning and scalability.
• Maintain alignment with Kraken’s Global Practices framework while adapting interventions to local regulatory, cultural, and operational contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading organizational culture and behavioral transformation initiatives in complex, regulated industries
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering leadership development and coaching programs
• Strong background in change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR, or similar)
• Experience working directly with utility companies or energy sector clients
• Ability to diagnose organizational culture gaps and design targeted interventions
• Fluency in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior executive stakeholders
