📋 Description

• HVAC Repair Technician responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, ensuring mission-critical cooling systems remain operational for Pearce Services Group’s clients in renewable energy, telecom, and data centers.
• Day-to-day duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, responding to emergency service calls, completing daily work reports accurately, and operating company vehicles safely while traveling to remote sites.
• Pearce Services Group is a technology-enabled leader in asset management for critical infrastructure, wholly owned by CBRE Group, with over 4,000 employees across 28 U.S. locations, providing maintenance and engineering services for UPS, generators, battery storage, and cooling systems.
• The role offers opportunities to grow technical expertise in commercial HVAC within the telecom industry, gain experience with mission-critical systems, and develop skills in independent field service, safety compliance, and customer-facing technical support.
