- • As an HVAC Service Technician at Carrier, you will install cutting-edge cooling and air conditioning systems at leading customers, diagnose and repair complex faults that others have been unable to resolve, coach junior colleagues, and share your ideas during Innovation Days while advising clients on smart efficiency upgrades and savings opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer-focused solutions, and contributing to team knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.
- • Carrier is a global leader in safe, sustainable, and intelligent cooling and refrigeration, committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to grow.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in HVAC systems, develop leadership and coaching skills, gain access to professional development through the Carrier Academy, and contribute to meaningful sustainability efforts that impact customers and communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HVAC service role
- • Valid F-gas certification
- • Possession of a valid B driver’s license
