• • As an IAM Administrator at Codeway, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our rapidly expanding global consumer tech empire. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, scalability, and centralized management of identities and access across our organization. This position is critical for the robust operation and continuous enhancement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a primary focus on Okta, while meticulously overseeing access control mechanisms and the secure governance of our extensive portfolio of company-wide SaaS applications, subscriptions, and shared accounts.
• • **IAM & Okta Management:** You will be the primary owner and driving force behind the continuous improvement of Codeway's Okta IAM environment. This involves managing the complete user lifecycle – from onboarding new team members (joiners) to facilitating internal transitions (movers) and securely offboarding departing employees (leavers) – all within a structured and highly secure framework. A key responsibility will be the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of scalable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, ensuring that access is granted based on necessity and job function. You will configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies across all integrated systems, bolstering our security posture. Furthermore, you will lead the crucial initiative of integrating new SaaS applications into our existing IAM ecosystem, ensuring seamless and secure adoption. A significant part of your role will involve the diligent review, evaluation, and management of access requests, along with the optimization of approval workflows to maintain efficiency and security.
• • **Access Governance & Security:** Your commitment to security will be paramount as you ensure that all access management practices strictly adhere to the principle of least privilege, granting users only the permissions necessary to perform their duties. You will conduct and coordinate periodic access reviews and recertification processes, actively identifying and mitigating any potential risks or over-provisioned access. A core function will be the implementation and enforcement of stringent access controls for all business-critical systems, protecting our most valuable assets. You will actively monitor access logs, proactively identifying potential risks, anomalies, or suspicious activities. Your expertise will be vital in supporting internal and external audit and compliance requirements, ensuring Codeway meets all regulatory and security standards.
• • **SaaS, Subscriptions & Shared Account Governance:** You will take charge of managing centralized access control for all company-owned SaaS tools and subscriptions, ensuring a unified and secure approach. This includes establishing secure configuration standards and implementing robust tracking mechanisms for all shared accounts, preventing unauthorized access and misuse. You will maintain clear ownership and rigorous access governance for all vendor and third-party accounts, safeguarding our external integrations. A key aspect of your role will be to assess IAM and security requirements for newly procured tools, ensuring they align with our established security protocols from the outset. You will collaborate closely with relevant teams, including Finance and Operations, to optimize license usage and ensure access is allocated efficiently and appropriately, preventing waste and enhancing security.
• • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** This role demands strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. You will work hand-in-hand with IT, Security, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that access management is both secure and efficient across the organization. You will contribute significantly to the secure onboarding processes for new tools and systems, embedding security best practices from day one. Maintaining clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation of all IAM policies, standards, and operational processes will be essential for knowledge sharing and operational continuity. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences will be highly valued.
