  • • The ICAM Integration Engineer will support PIV-based authentication, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, application registration, authorization, and logical access control services for USCIS, DHS HQ, other government agencies, and GFE mobile users.
  • • The role is focused on helping application teams integrate securely with USCIS ICAM services and improving least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and access governance.
  • • This role requires real identity integration experience. Generic cybersecurity experience is not enough.
  • • The ICAM Integration Engineer will work closely with the USCIS ICAM team to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • • The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including application development, security, and operations teams.
  • • The ICAM Integration Engineer will be responsible for identifying and resolving integration issues, and providing technical guidance and support to application teams.
  • • The role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest developments in identity and access management technologies and best practices.
  • • The ICAM Integration Engineer will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • • The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on real identity integration.
  • • Strong understanding of PIV-based authentication, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, application registration, authorization, and logical access control services.
  • • Experience working with USCIS ICAM services and GFE mobile users.
  • • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • • Experience with integration tools and technologies, such as API gateways, service meshes, and containerization platforms.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex integration issues.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
