📋 Description

• As an Identity Security Analyst at Semperis, you will investigate and resolve customer-reported security bugs, acting as a critical bridge between security research, product engineering, and customer success to ensure timely fixes and clear communication.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include reproducing security issues in lab environments, analyzing vulnerabilities using MITRE ATT&CK and identity attack patterns, coordinating fixes with R&D teams, and communicating root causes and workarounds to customers in accessible language.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in identity security, incident investigation, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and contributing to product improvements that directly impact customer protection and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in a technical security or support role such as Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Security Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer in a security or infrastructure product
• Solid understanding of identity and access concepts (Active Directory, authentication, privileges, groups) and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SMB, LDAP/LDAPS)
• Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell to speed up investigation and test setup
• Hands-on experience debugging and reproducing complex customer issues in lab environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to systematically break down ambiguous issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
