📋 Description

• • As an Immigration Attorney at Alma Health, Inc., you will own a complex caseload of employment-based immigration matters and serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating high-stakes immigration decisions, directly impacting their lives and careers.
• • Day to day, you will manage EB-1A/B, EB-2 NIW, O-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN, E-2 and other employment-based cases as attorney of record, draft persuasive petitions, anticipate risks, guide clients through uncertain processes with clarity and urgency, own escalations from intake to resolution, and participate in new client consultations to assess eligibility and recommend pathways.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Alma Health, Inc., backed by top-tier investors including Bling, Forerunner, NFX, NEA, and others, combining deep immigration law expertise with product and operations built for scale to redefine immigration through technology and thoughtful legal support.
• • In this role, you will uphold and improve Alma’s legal standards, identify workflow gaps, collaborate with product and operations to surface tooling needs, and help build scalable systems that elevate the quality and consistency of legal work — gaining direct access to legal leadership and a front-row seat to building an AI-native law firm from the ground up.
