- • As an Immigration Paralegal & Legal Writer at Alma Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in making immigration more accessible and human by combining legal expertise with compelling storytelling to support employment-based visa petitions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and preparing complex visa petitions (such as O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, L-1A, TN, and E-2), writing persuasive legal documents that highlight each client’s unique story, collaborating with supervising attorneys to refine case templates and workflows, managing multiple cases independently, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the legal tech platform.
