- • As an Implementation Analyst at August Health, you will support the successful rollout of the August platform for customers, playing a critical role in enabling senior living operators to deliver high-quality care through technology.
- • You will support full-cycle implementations by configuring the platform, preparing and validating data, building tracking tools, joining customer calls, assisting with training, and documenting workflows while managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
- • You will work closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute key parts of the implementation process and improve internal processes.
- • The role is ideal for early-career individuals interested in technology, SaaS, and healthcare who want to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing implementations and process improvement within a mission-driven, values-based company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Up to 2 years of experience (internships, coursework, or early career roles welcome)
- • Strong interest in technology, SaaS, or healthcare systems
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new systems quickly
- • Clear and professional communication skills, with comfort in customer-facing settings
