- • Join Hauler Hero as an Implementation Associate and play a pivotal role in transforming the waste hauling industry through our innovative SaaS platform. Our mission is to empower waste haulers with tools that streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and foster business growth. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary guide for our new customers, ensuring they successfully transition to and leverage the Hauler Hero platform. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by the tangible impact of each successful customer launch.
- • Your core responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from the initial kickoff meeting to the final go-live. This involves a blend of structured project management, hands-on platform configuration, meticulous data handling, and proactive, clear communication. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique operational needs and translate them into effective configurations within the Hauler Hero system.
- • Key activities include configuring Hauler Hero accounts, meticulously setting up routes, defining user permissions, and customizing system settings to align perfectly with each customer's business requirements. A significant part of your role will involve importing, cleaning, and validating customer data. This critical step ensures the accuracy and integrity of the platform setup, laying the foundation for a smooth and efficient user experience from day one.
- • You will be expected to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, diligently tracking progress against key milestones and deadlines. Proactive and transparent communication is paramount; you will provide regular updates on project status, upcoming steps, and any potential challenges to both customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Support teams.
- • A crucial aspect of the role involves meticulous documentation. You will record configuration details, key decisions made during the onboarding process, and the steps taken to ensure a seamless handover to our Customer Success and Support teams. This documentation serves as a vital knowledge base and ensures continuity of service.
- • Identifying and escalating potential risks or roadblocks early in the implementation cycle is essential to keep projects on track and prevent delays. You will act as an early warning system, flagging issues that could impact timelines or customer satisfaction.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to provide valuable feedback on recurring onboarding challenges and identify opportunities for platform enhancements. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the implementation process and the overall product offering.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes by helping to develop and refine playbooks, templates, and best practices. This proactive approach is vital as Hauler Hero scales, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all customer implementations.
- • This role requires participation in a rotating weekend coverage schedule. This ensures that our customers receive consistent and timely support, even outside of standard business hours, reflecting our commitment to their success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or a related customer-facing role.
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, formatting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- • Comfort learning and explaining technical workflows to non-technical users.
- • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- • Experience working in a structured project environment with defined milestones and timelines.
