- • As an Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic go-to-market team, collaborating closely with Customer Success and other GTM functions to significantly enhance customer adoption and maximize the value derived from our innovative platform.
- • Reporting directly to the Head of Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to ensure new Fieldguide customers experience seamless onboarding, meticulously designed to accelerate their return on investment and deliver tangible value from day one.
- • You will be the key architect and deliverer of our proprietary onboarding program, the Fieldguide Accelerator, a best-in-class initiative engineered for rapid time-to-value and exceptional customer outcomes.
- • Cultivate robust and trusting relationships with a portfolio of customers, maintaining consistent and proactive engagement throughout every stage of their implementation journey, from the initial sales handoff through to the full realization of value.
- • Develop comprehensive implementation plans tailored to each customer's unique objectives, clearly outlining the strategic activities required to achieve their specific goals with Fieldguide.
- • Conduct regular progress reviews during the onboarding process, meticulously tracking customer advancement against their defined goals, and proactively adapting plans as needed to ensure continued momentum and success.
- • Nurture and develop customer champions within client organizations, deepening their understanding and proficiency with the Fieldguide platform to foster long-term advocacy and successful utilization.
- • Act as the crucial liaison between our customers and Fieldguide's internal teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, and Sales, ensuring a unified and responsive customer experience.
- • Champion the voice of the customer internally, actively communicating their needs, challenges, and feedback to inform and shape the product roadmap, refine internal processes, and drive continuous improvement in our onboarding methodologies.
- • Proactively identify potential risks to customer success and implementation timelines, developing and executing decisive, data-driven action plans to effectively mitigate these risks and ensure project continuity.
- • Meticulously measure and document the tangible value Fieldguide delivers to our customers, creating compelling case studies, identifying novel use cases, and quantifying success metrics that showcase the impact of our solution.
- • Track customer progress against their personalized adoption maps, providing clear visibility into their journey and demonstrating the realization of value over time through insightful reporting and analysis.
- • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Fieldguide's implementation strategies and best practices, sharing insights and lessons learned to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
- • You will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate the complexities of modern assurance and audit practices, leveraging Fieldguide's technology to bring efficiency and enhanced trust to their operations.
