In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our cutting-edge platform, from the initial stages of pre-sales support through to successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer success.
- • You will cultivate deep, enduring relationships with both prospective and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout their journey with Levelpath. Your ability to understand their unique business challenges and translate them into effective platform solutions will be key to fostering long-term partnerships.
- • A significant part of your role will involve guiding customers through the implementation of the Levelpath platform. This requires a meticulous approach to planning, configuring, and optimizing the system to align with each customer's specific operational needs and strategic objectives.
- • You will be a driving force in scaling our internal processes, assets, and systems, particularly Zendesk and Salesforce, to efficiently serve our growing base of enterprise accounts. This includes developing and refining workflows to enhance customer support and engagement.
- • To empower our customers and ensure seamless adoption, you will develop comprehensive best practice guides and create clear, concise product documentation. These resources will serve as invaluable tools for users, enabling them to leverage the full capabilities of Levelpath.
- • Identifying and nurturing relationships with key business stakeholders and internal champions within client organizations is crucial. By understanding their priorities and demonstrating the value of Levelpath, you will ensure widespread adoption and advocacy.
- • You will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive the adoption of new solution offerings, providing expert insights and technical guidance during the sales cycle to showcase how Levelpath can address complex procurement challenges.
- • Play a critical role in the go-to-market strategy for new product features. By working hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, you will contribute to the successful launch and adoption of innovative solutions.
- • Act as the primary advocate for your customers within Levelpath, effectively representing their needs and feedback to the product and engineering teams. Your insights will directly influence the product roadmap and future development.
- • Proactively monitor and drive customer health by analyzing adoption metrics. You will identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- • Partner with customers to define their key success metrics and translate their feedback into actionable product insights. This collaborative approach ensures that Levelpath continuously evolves to meet the dynamic needs of the market.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing/customer-management role, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS in a fast-paced environment.
- • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to improve processes.
- • Stellar organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- • Adaptability and a proven ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
