  • • As an Implementation Manager at Premier Inc., you will be a pivotal leader responsible for orchestrating the successful installation of Premier's innovative products for both new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality results that directly align with the strategic objectives and plans of both Premier and our valued clients.
  • • You will act as the central point of coordination, meticulously managing internal service dependencies and customer-specific requirements to guarantee that each implementation is delivered seamlessly and on schedule. This role demands a leader who can inspire and extract the best performance from their project team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and internal teams. You will be the primary point of contact for managing issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and making critical, client-focused decisions that drive project success.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of project management activities, including determining optimal resource allocation, defining comprehensive project plans, and providing direct support to team members by addressing their questions and resolving any issues related to data accuracy or system functionality.

  • • A critical function of this role is to escalate and prioritize significant technological issues on behalf of the client, working diligently with internal technical teams to ensure swift and effective resolution, thereby maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
  • • You will operate in close collaboration with customers, various internal business units, technical staff, and product management teams to resolve application issues. This includes partnering with Premier stakeholders such as Client Service Managers (Field Account Management) and Product Directors (Sales) to guarantee that all client issues are addressed and required deliverables are met to the highest standard.
  • • The role demands a strategic mindset, enabling you to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions that enhance their experience and maximize the value derived from Premier's offerings.
  • • You will be responsible for the overall project lifecycle, from initial planning and kickoff through to successful deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition and client adoption.
