  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client implementations, guiding clients through the full onboarding process from contract signing to go-live.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams including clinical operations, technology, and customer success to ensure seamless integration of Included Health’s platform and services into client workflows.
  • • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand organizational structure, care delivery models, and technology infrastructure.
  • • Develop and execute customized implementation plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • • Configure and test the Included Health platform according to client specifications, including user roles, workflows, reporting parameters, and integration points.
  • • Train client teams on platform functionality, data entry protocols, reporting tools, and best practices for member engagement and care coordination.
  • • Coordinate data migration efforts from client systems into the Included Health platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • • Monitor implementation milestones and proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
  • • Document all implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific settings for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • • Provide post-go-live support during the transition period, addressing technical questions, resolving system issues, and ensuring adoption by end users.
  • • Gather client feedback during implementation to inform product improvements and contribute to the evolution of implementation best practices.
  • • Maintain accurate records of implementation progress in CRM and project management systems, updating stakeholders regularly on status and next steps.
  • • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align implementation strategy with company goals, product roadmap, and client success metrics.
  • • Ensure all client-facing communications are professional, clear, and aligned with company messaging and compliance guidelines.
  • • Support the scaling of implementation processes by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to the development of standardized templates, playbooks, and training materials.
  • • Work closely with the client success team to hand off clients upon successful implementation, ensuring continuity of service and long-term retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in client implementation, onboarding, or project management within a healthcare technology or SaaS environment
  • • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards
  • • Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms and managing data migration processes
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to train non-technical stakeholders
  • • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations with competing priorities and deadlines
  • • Experience using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Jira
