In-House Counsel

📋 Description

• • As Luxor’s primary in-house counsel, you will build and lead the legal function from scratch, supporting the company’s rapid scaling across software, hardware, financial, energy, and cloud infrastructure products in the Bitcoin mining and compute economy.
• • You will own the full spectrum of legal work — drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing corporate governance and equity transactions, advising on regulatory compliance, overseeing litigation matters, and implementing AI-augmented legal workflows to drive operational excellence.
• • You will work directly with the CEO, COO, and business line leaders, leveraging AI tools like Claude and LLM-powered contract review to automate first-pass analysis, build scalable playbooks, and create a centralized, searchable legal knowledge base.
