- • As an Incident Engineer at Netomi AI Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our agentic AI platform that powers customer experience automation for global enterprises. Your work directly impacts the stability of services used by major brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, and United, helping maintain seamless AI-driven interactions at scale.
- • Day to day, you will monitor system health, respond to and resolve production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, implement preventive measures, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve observability and incident response processes. You will also contribute to post-incident reviews and help refine runbooks and alerting strategies.
- • You will join a fast-paced, innovative team at the forefront of the AI revolution, working alongside engineers and AI specialists who are building scalable, no-code agentic AI solutions for enterprise CX. The team values technical excellence, ownership, and a proactive mindset in maintaining system reliability.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in incident management, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies while gaining hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms. You’ll develop strong problem-solving skills, learn to operate effectively under pressure, and contribute to building resilient systems that support mission-critical customer experiences.
