📋 Description

  • The Incident Manager at Netomi AI Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient handling of incidents within the organisation, managing the entire lifecycle from identification and logging to resolution and post-incident analysis to minimize business impact and restore services quickly.
  • Day to day, the Incident Manager will monitor and triage incoming incidents, coordinate cross-functional teams during outages, maintain incident documentation, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability and customer experience.
  • Netomi is a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, working with global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United to deliver scalable AI automation across the customer journey, backed by WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures.
  • In this role, the person can develop expertise in incident response frameworks, enhance leadership and communication skills during high-pressure situations, gain deep visibility into enterprise AI systems, and contribute to improving service reliability for major global brands.
