📋 Description

• A Remote Electrician Estimator / Pre-Construction Support Specialist role focused on ensuring project profitability through accurate material takeoffs and pre-construction support for U.S.-based electrical contracting projects.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed material and quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications, managing bid preparation, compiling submittal packages, tracking RFIs, leading vendor outreach, and maintaining a high-volume bidding cadence within existing systems.
• The company is an established electrical contracting firm based in New Jersey, known for quality craftsmanship and reliability, specializing in residential and commercial electrical solutions with a lean, execution-focused team that values accountability and remote collaboration.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in U.S. electrical estimating workflows, gain experience with commercial and industrial project types (including EV chargers, generators, and panel upgrades), and contribute directly to scaling the company’s bidding capacity while working remotely from LATAM in alignment with EST hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating with a proven track record handling commercial and industrial electrical projects for U.S.-based contractors
• Bachelor’s degree or professional background in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field
• Demonstrated mastery of electrical takeoffs, material counting, and labor-hour assessment
• Solid understanding of the pre-construction pipeline from plan review to post-award administrative workflows
• Exceptional, fully fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for internal collaboration and vendor outreach
• Ability to work full-time hours strictly matching the US Eastern Time Zone (EST)
