- • The Industry Principal for Automotive at PTC is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for shaping the company’s growth and market strategy within the automotive industry vertical, acting as a trusted advisor to drive early-stage pipeline, executive engagement, and long-term growth opportunities.
- • Day to day, the role involves engaging C-level stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities, leveraging industry relationships to expand access and uncover strategic opportunities, developing scalable go-to-market plays and messaging, partnering with sales, product, marketing, and services teams to align solutions with industry needs, and representing PTC at conferences and events to elevate thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience within Automotive, including enterprise customer engagement and strategic sales support
- • Strong industry expertise with deep understanding of market trends, business drivers, and customer challenges
- • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders
- • Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic account growth
- • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
