📋 Description
- • We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Health Nurse (Infirmière/Infirmier en Santé au Travail - IDEST) to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team at Alan SAS. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of a new Inter-Company Prevention and Occupational Health Service (SPSTI), named Prévenir. You will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative approaches to workplace health and safety, leveraging new technologies to serve our members and their employees.
- • As an Occupational Health Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to conduct individual consultations, both in-person and remotely, operating under a collaboration protocol with the occupational physician. This involves assessing employee health, identifying potential risks, and providing guidance and support to maintain and improve their well-being in the workplace.
- • A key aspect of this role is the development and implementation of individual and collective prevention actions during your dedicated 'tiers temps' (third of your time) allocated for prevention activities. This proactive approach is crucial in mitigating occupational hazards and promoting a healthy work environment. You will be instrumental in identifying workplace risks, developing targeted intervention strategies, and educating employees and employers on best practices.
- • You will also collaborate closely with our 'Prévenir' team, providing expert advice and support in the development and refinement of tools and procedures. Your insights will be invaluable in ensuring that our services are effective, efficient, and tailored to the needs of our members and their employees. This includes advising on the implementation of new technologies and digital solutions to enhance service delivery and accessibility.
- • The role requires meticulous record-keeping, including maintaining medical files with adherence to correct medical terminology. Accurate and comprehensive documentation is essential for tracking employee health, monitoring trends, and ensuring continuity of care.
- • You will be responsible for carrying out prevention actions directly within the professional environment. This hands-on approach allows for a deeper understanding of workplace-specific risks and the development of practical, effective solutions. It may involve site visits, risk assessments, and the delivery of health and safety training.
- • Furthermore, you will participate in the administrative management associated with the follow-up of occupational health cases. This includes coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • This position offers a unique chance to be part of a pioneering service. Prévenir is a new SPSTI, and contributing to its establishment is a thrilling challenge that demands creativity, adaptability, and a strong interest in leveraging new technologies to revolutionize occupational health services. You will be at the forefront of innovation in this field.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in occupational health, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. You should be adept at working within a fast-paced, evolving environment and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with both employees and member companies.
- • Your ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including occupational physicians, safety officers, and other health professionals, will be paramount. You will contribute to the collective expertise and ensure a holistic approach to employee health and safety.
- • This role is ideal for a proactive and forward-thinking nurse who is eager to make a significant impact on workplace well-being and contribute to the growth of an innovative health service. If you are driven by a desire to prevent illness and promote health in the occupational setting, and you are excited by the prospect of shaping a new service, we encourage you to apply.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest developments in occupational health and safety regulations and best practices, ensuring that our services remain compliant and cutting-edge. Your commitment to continuous learning and professional development will be highly valued.
- • The position involves a blend of direct patient care, preventative health initiatives, and advisory roles, offering a diverse and rewarding career path within occupational health.
