- • Own end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across the UKI market, from strategy and creator selection to execution and performance analysis.
- • Implement Deliveroo’s influencer marketing strategy by identifying opportunities to leverage creators for brand campaigns and seasonal moments, ensuring alignment with brand tone, values, and visual identity.
- • Plan and oversee always-on and large-scale campaign bursts through agency partnerships, managing briefing, contracting, execution, and reporting.
- • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of creators spanning food, lifestyle, culture, and local talent, onboarding emerging influencers to maintain cultural relevance.
- • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and usage rights with influencers and agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- • Partner with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to amplify campaigns and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review contracts, guidelines, and campaign materials for regulatory adherence.
- • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and insights to deliver actionable recommendations and measure ROI.
- • Stay ahead of social media and creator trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, identifying cultural moments for authentic brand participation.
- • Brief and review creative assets including videography, photography, and graphics to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong project management and organizational skills.
- • Translate audience insights and performance data into strategic adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and cultural resonance.
- • Serve as the key point of contact for agency relationships, enhancing the quality and impact of influencer partnerships.
- • Report on campaign outcomes with clear metrics and insights to inform future strategy and stakeholder decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, platforms, and tools
- • Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable business impact
- • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
