- • The Information Specialist II role at CSG Systems International, Inc. is critical to enhancing data-driven decision-making by leveraging the Power Platform to automate workflows, design intuitive service center applications, and ensure high-quality reporting from complex data sources. This role directly supports the company’s mission to empower businesses with seamless service experiences through technology and data integrity.
- • Day to day, the specialist will utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages to build and automate service center solutions; collect and analyze transactional data from disparate sources; design reusable reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using Power BI and related tools; collaborate with Data Architects and Data Scientists on ETL integrations; and monitor for fraudulent activity and compliance risks while managing escalations and exceptions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- • Proficiency in English in a business environment
- • 2 years of experience working with Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- • Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Analysis Services, Power Pivot, Toad for SQL Server, AWS, or Azure
- • Ability to interpret financial statement documentation and credit reporting agency information
- • Working knowledge of credit and risk management principles
