Working 100 % remotely from anywhere in Florida, you will join a globally ranked team (#2 out of 160 outsourced sales firms worldwide) that is redefining how fast-growing tech, banking, and manufacturing companies build revenue pipelines.
- • Own the full customer journey—from first hello to signed contract. Every day you will engage prospects via phone, chat, and email, uncover pain points, map them to the right product or package, and guide them to a confident purchase decision. You will maintain meticulous CRM records so that every interaction is data-rich and ready for future optimization.
- • Master consultative, conversational selling. We will train you to ask the right questions, listen actively, and translate technical features into clear business value. You will learn to tailor your pitch in real time, handle objections with empathy, and close deals while preserving long-term trust.
- • Leverage cutting-edge AI and data insights. Our proprietary tools surface lead scores, conversation cues, and next-best actions, allowing you to focus on relationship-building instead of manual research. You will experiment with new sequences, A/B test messaging, and feed results back to the product team to improve future campaigns.
- • Collaborate in a high-growth, remote-first culture. Daily huddles, weekly win-sharing calls, and monthly “demo days” keep the team connected across time zones. You will pair with mentors, shadow top performers, and contribute playbooks that help the next cohort ramp faster.
- • Drive measurable impact from day one. In your first 90 days you will complete our immersive sales academy (customer-experience design, value-based discovery, CRM mastery, closing frameworks) and then hit a ramped quota tied to revenue pipeline. Top performers earn accelerators and fast-track promotion to Senior ISR, Team Lead, or Account Executive roles.
- • Champion continuous improvement. We expect every rep to bring curiosity and a growth mindset to the table. You will analyze call recordings, share best practices in Slack, and pitch ideas that make our process smarter, faster, and more customer-centric.
