- • As an Instructional Designer at Cyara Inc., you will create engaging, effective learning experiences that empower employees and customers to master Cyara’s AI-powered customer experience assurance platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of eradicating bad CX and enabling seamless AI agent deployment at scale.
- • Day to day, you will design and develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and performance support resources using adult learning principles; collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content; storyboard and script interactive learning experiences; leverage authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to build SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses; assess learning effectiveness through feedback and metrics; and iterate designs based on user outcomes and business goals.
