- • As an Instructional Designer at Evernorth, you will design and deliver interactive learning solutions that support pharmacy strategy and improve employee performance, directly impacting Specialty Pharmacy patients and organizational effectiveness.
- • You will conduct needs assessments, apply the ADDIE model, and use Articulate 360 to develop e-learning courses, facilitation guides, and training materials while ensuring LMS functionality and accessibility.
- • You will partner with internal stakeholders as a learning consultant to align training with process improvements, regulatory changes, and business goals, fostering a continuous learning culture.
- • You will stay current with instructional design trends and recommend updates to curriculum and delivery methods to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 5+ years of instructional design or learning consultant experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- • Proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review)
- • 5+ years of experience in system and process training
- • Strong experience with Microsoft Office and LMS applications
- • Proven ability to conduct needs analysis and develop customized training strategies
