📋 Description

• Join the Alan Insurance Graduate Program to gain hands-on experience across multiple core streams of Alan’s insurance business, including Enterprise & Public Sector, Insurance Product, Analytics & Repricing, and Reinsurance & Risk.
• Work on real-world missions from day one, contributing to RFPs for large clients such as ministries and corporations alongside the Sales team to drive business growth across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of insurance contracts—from pricing and product implementation to renewal campaigns—collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to enhance customer experience and sales enablement.
• Build and refine analytical models, metrics, and dynamic tools to monitor portfolio performance, forecast margins, and inform strategic repricing decisions in partnership with Data, Strategy, and Finance teams.
• Own key components of risk governance, including capital requirement modeling, reinsurance coverage strategies, and regulatory relationships with ACPR, France’s insurance supervisor.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies and digital tooling to scale processes and improve efficiency across insurance operations, with exposure to data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the 2-month onboarding and the entire graduate program to ensure continuous growth, visibility, and impact.
• Work in a multidisciplinary environment that blends technical, business, regulatory, and product challenges specific to health and prévoyance insurance.
• Develop strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills grounded in fact-based decision-making, applied to complex insurance scenarios.
• Improve written communication skills through regular documentation, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
• Operate in a culture that values curiosity, teaching, teamwork, and challenging the status quo in traditional insurance systems.
• Be fluent in both French and English, as both are working languages at Alan, and use them daily in internal and client-facing communications.
• Gain exposure to actuarial, financial, and product design principles through rotational assignments tailored to your growth plan and interests.
• Contribute to building a prevention-first insurance model that redefines healthcare access and sustainability for over 1 million members.
• Collaborate with 800+ team members across Europe and Canada, contributing to a company with €800M+ in ARR and partnerships with 40,000+ companies.

🎯 Requirements

• First experience in actuarial, insurance, finance, strategy, data, quantitative, or product-related fields
• Scientific background in statistics, engineering, actuarial science, or equivalent
• Fluency in both French and English
• Comfort with SQL or willingness to learn
• Analytical and structured mindset with a fact-based decision-making approach
• Strong written communication skills
