Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end content engine for Local Infusion, the fastest-growing ambulatory infusion provider in the U.S.—from editorial calendar to published piece—ensuring every word advances our mission to make infusion therapy better for patients, providers, and partners.
- • Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling stories that resonate with health-system executives, payers, pharma partners, and the patients we serve; no fluff, no jargon, just authentic narratives that move people to act.
- • Build and execute a multi-channel content program spanning LinkedIn, our website, provider directories, email, and emerging platforms; balance big-picture strategy with hands-on creation of articles, scripts, carousels, and short-form videos that feel warm, human, and unmistakably Local Infusion.
- • Grow our LinkedIn presence from follower count to engaged community: craft posts that spark conversation, manage comments and DMs in our brand voice, and turn social insights into data-driven optimizations that double engagement quarter-over-quarter.
- • Optimize website and directory listings (Google Business, Healthgrades, etc.) for both discoverability and delight; weave in smart SEO practices without ever sounding robotic, ensuring patients and partners can find us—and love what they find.
- • Establish Local Infusion as the go-to thought leader in specialty infusion care: ghost-write bylines for our clinical founders, develop conference decks, and script webinar content that positions us at the forefront of innovation in accessibility, outcomes, and affordability.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical ops, growth, and product teams to surface real stories—whether it’s a patient who drove two hours to receive life-changing therapy or a health plan that saved 30 % on total cost of care—then package those stories into formats that earn media coverage and partnership meetings.
- • Manage a lean editorial calendar that balances urgency (FDA approvals, new site openings) with evergreen pillars (patient education, provider best practices); use Asana or similar to keep stakeholders aligned while maintaining creative flexibility.
- • Measure what matters: track content performance against pipeline influence, referral traffic, and brand sentiment; present monthly insights that inform budget reallocation and creative pivots—celebrating wins and diagnosing misses without blame.
- • Champion our cultural values in every asset: write with ownership (“I found a way”), excellence (“this headline can be 15 % sharper”), curiosity (“what did patients Google before calling us?”), and urgency (“this story matters today, not next quarter”).
- • Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends—HIPAA-compliant storytelling, AI-assisted personalization, accessibility standards—then pilot small experiments that could scale across nine states and counting.
- • Protect the Local Infusion voice: reject spammy growth hacks, keyword stuffing, and generic stock photos; instead, use real patient photos (with consent), clinician quotes, and data that prove we’re transforming an industry worth $50 B.
- • Build a reusable content library and brand style guide so that as we open new sites every quarter, local teams can plug-and-play assets while keeping the narrative cohesive and fresh.
- • Occasionally hit the road (10 % travel) to capture on-site stories—film a day-in-the-life at our Nashville flagship, interview a retired teacher receiving biologics, or live-tweet a ribbon-cutting in Austin—turning raw moments into evergreen brand gold.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of content or integrated marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or another regulated industry
- • Proven track record of growing LinkedIn engagement for a brand (please share metrics or campaign examples)
- • Exceptional writing and editing skills—can turn clinical jargon into conversational prose that still satisfies legal/compliance
- • Comfortable with light SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, schema) without compromising brand voice
- • Experience managing an editorial calendar and collaborating with subject-matter experts who don’t speak marketing
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary plus performance bonus
- • 100 % employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and 75 % for dependents
- • 15 days PTO (we insist you use it), 10 paid holidays, and flexible “take what you need” sick leave
- • 401(k) with 4 % dollar-for-dollar match, immediate vesting
- • 12 weeks fully paid parental leave and phased return-to-work program
