📋 Description
- • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, digital banners, and print to support core business KPIs
- • Coordinate the development and timely delivery of marketing assets across creative, ecommerce, email development, and analytics teams
- • Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure consistent on-time delivery of all marketing initiatives
- • Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret customer behavior data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations
- • Maintain and update campaign tracking systems, planning calendars, and performance reports to ensure transparency and alignment across departments
- • Ensure all marketing campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with organizational strategic priorities
- • Partner with marketing channel owners to monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and surface insights for future campaign planning
- • Identify and implement testing and optimization opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates across campaigns
- • Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and key messages clearly and consistently to cross-functional stakeholders
- • Support end-to-end campaign execution from concept and planning through launch and post-campaign analysis
- • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
- • Contribute to ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as needed to support business objectives
- • Work independently and collaboratively within team structures to deliver results in a remote, distributed environment
- • Travel occasionally, including on weekends, as required for company-related activities
