  • • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and handover of integration solutions within Arc’teryx’s ERP and Business Systems landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
  • • Collaborate directly with internal technology teams, global vendors, and business stakeholders to co-create scalable, resilient integration architectures that support critical data flows across finance, logistics, design, and global sales systems.
  • • Act as the technical lighthouse for high-priority integration initiatives, providing clarity, stability, and professional guidance on complex technical logic and its business impact.
  • • Architect and implement robust integration patterns using SAP and related enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security across interconnected platforms.
  • • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • • Manage the full lifecycle of integration projects—from initial assessment and design through testing, deployment, and post-launch support—ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to global operations.
  • • Identify and resolve integration bottlenecks, performance issues, and system dependencies to maintain the reliability of mission-critical business processes.
  • • Document integration workflows, APIs, data mappings, and system interactions to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability across teams.
  • • Stay current with evolving SAP integration technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system scalability and resilience.
  • • Support the ERP and Business Applications department’s technology roadmap by prioritizing integration initiatives that align with strategic business cases for design, finance, logistics, and sales operations.
  • • Work within a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who manage tools powering a global premium outdoor brand, contributing to the delivery of commercial and ERP projects with mapped dependencies.
  • • Ensure all integration solutions are built with a focus on resilience, auditability, and compliance to support Arc’teryx’s global operational footprint.
  • • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional team members on integration methodologies and system interdependencies.
  • • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for integration failures, implementing preventive measures to reduce recurrence and improve system stability.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an Integration Developer with focus on SAP systems
  • • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions from architecture to handover
