Integration Engineer - LATAM Remote

📋 Description

• • Own the full lifecycle of partner and customer integrations for a platform that processes billions of marketing events per month for Apple, Microsoft, Uber, Nike, EA, and 1,000+ other global brands. You will be the single technical authority who turns complex partner requirements into production-grade integrations that fuel Singular’s industry-leading attribution and analytics engine.
• • Architect, document, and deploy integration specifications using Singular’s internal tooling stack, translating raw API documentation into robust data pipelines that feed our real-time dashboards, fraud-prevention models, and AI-powered insights. You will write the code samples, Postman collections, and partner-specific guides that enable flawless go-lives within days—not weeks.
• • Act as the escalation point for Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineering teams across 12 countries and 65 cities. When a campaign launch is blocked or data discrepancies appear, you will triage, reproduce, and resolve issues end-to-end—whether the root cause is a malformed HTTP header, an SDK edge case, or a partner-side configuration change.
• • Partner with Data Operations to monitor integration health, detect anomalies, and optimize throughput. You will build SQL queries and Python scripts that surface data-quality metrics, then feed findings back to R&D to harden our ingestion layer and reduce partner onboarding time by 30%.
• • Maintain and continuously improve Singular’s public Knowledge Base, ensuring every partner—from a two-person indie studio to a Fortune 10 enterprise—has crystal-clear, up-to-date technical documentation. Your articles will become the canonical reference that reduces support tickets and accelerates self-service adoption.
• • Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Integration team by identifying patterns in partner requests and proposing scalable solutions—such as standardized SDK wrappers, automated validation suites, or new API endpoints—that cut future integration effort in half.
• • Manage multiple concurrent integration projects using Jira and Confluence, balancing priorities across Sales-driven deadlines, Engineering sprints, and partner launch calendars. You will run weekly status calls, publish concise executive summaries, and ensure every stakeholder knows exactly when their integration will be live.
• • Champion best practices internally: run lunch-and-learn sessions on HTTP tracing techniques, mentor junior engineers on SQL optimization, and create runbooks that turn tribal knowledge into repeatable processes.
• • Stay on the bleeding edge of digital advertising technology. Evaluate beta APIs from TikTok, Snap, and emerging CTV platforms; prototype integrations; and present recommendations that keep Singular two steps ahead of the market.
