Integration Software Engineer, Customer Success (Remote)

📋 Description

• • As an Integration Software Engineer in Procore’s Customer Success organization, you will develop custom user experiences that bridge Procore with clients’ internal systems, directly increasing the value clients realize from the software by supporting backbone operations.
• • Day to day, you will scope, design, build, and support custom integration applications tailored to specific customer needs; collaborate with Solutions Architects to evolve customer-facing applications using Procore APIs; conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and lead pair programming sessions to develop teammates; maintain a healthy codebase by following established tools, technology processes, and best practices; serve as a subject matter expert to guide others in creating stable and scalable software; drive the evolution of internal standards and procedures; manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines; and monitor and troubleshoot deployed applications to ensure consistent performance and uptime for clients.
• • You will join a technical team within Procore’s Customer Success organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services Engineering, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from offices in Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL. Procore is a leader in construction management software, dedicated to improving how the world builds.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, API integration, and cloud infrastructure while gaining experience in client-facing technical consulting; you will grow as a technical leader through mentorship and code review responsibilities; you will contribute to shaping internal engineering standards and practices; and you will see the direct impact of your work on customer success in the construction industry.
