- • As an Integration Support Engineer at Stream Labs, Inc., you will be at the forefront of empowering our customers to seamlessly integrate and leverage our cutting-edge Chat, Video, Activity Feeds, and AI Moderation products. This role offers a unique blend of technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and direct contribution to product development, all within an exciting and rapidly growing startup environment.
- • You will dive deep into the technical intricacies of Stream's robust product suite, understanding the underlying code and architecture to provide expert guidance and support. This involves a continuous learning process, staying abreast of new features, updates, and best practices across our offerings.
- • A core responsibility is providing exceptional technical support to our diverse customer base. This includes addressing inquiries and resolving issues through our standard support platform, as well as handling more complex and critical situations via elevated Enterprise channels.
- • You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our valued Enterprise customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with Stream products.
- • Your role will encompass supporting customers throughout their entire integration journey. This means guiding them from the initial stages of implementation, through the complexities of integration, and ensuring a smooth transition to production environments.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success Management teams, acting as a crucial technical resource. This partnership will be vital during pre-sales discussions, the onboarding process, and ongoing post-sales engagements, ensuring a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- • Beyond direct support, you will contribute to the growth and knowledge base of our community. This includes assisting in the development and maintenance of our community support platform by writing concise and informative technical articles that highlight best practices and common solutions.
- • You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our product documentation and internal support processes. By identifying areas for enhancement, you will help streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of the support team.
- • A proactive approach to gathering customer feedback is essential. You will seek out and analyze feedback to identify key areas for product growth, feature development, and service improvement, acting as a voice for the customer within the company.
- • You will play a supporting role for our development team by assisting in the management of new feature requests and bug reports. Your insights from customer interactions will be invaluable in prioritizing and refining these items.
- • This position demands strong organizational and time management skills. You will be expected to effectively manage your own workload, prioritize tasks, and contribute to various projects and cross-departmental initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
