📋 Description

• The Integrations Lead owns and scales the integration of acquired law firms into Lawhive’s AI-native Legal OS, ensuring seamless onboarding that unlocks value and supports the company’s mission to make law accessible to everyone.
• Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading end‑to‑end integration programmes from pre‑close planning through full operational migration, developing and refining Lawhive’s integration methodology and playbooks, owning integration plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams, partnering with Product and Engineering to coordinate platform migrations, data transfers and system onboarding, driving adoption of the Legal OS, workflows and operational best practices, building trusted relationships with partners, firm leaders and key stakeholders, coordinating cross‑functional teams spanning Operations, Legal, Finance, People, Compliance, Product and Engineering, identifying operational risks and change‑management challenges and driving solutions, supporting integration due diligence by assessing operational readiness, systems and processes, establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure integration success, adoption and value creation, creating scalable onboarding, training and enablement programmes for lawyers and support staff, and acting as the voice of acquired firms internally to inform future product and operational improvements.

The Integrations team sits at the intersection of operations, technology, legal practice and change management, playing a critical role in onboarding acquired firms quickly and effectively as the company expands through acquisition and partnership.
• In this role you will have the opportunity to build the playbook for scaling one of the most ambitious legal technology companies, shaping how modern law firms are integrated into an AI‑native future. You will work closely with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development and People, gaining deep experience in M&A integration, technology adoption, change management and stakeholder influence in a high‑growth, fast‑changing environment. Success means delivering fast, seamless and measurable integrations that unlock value for both acquired firms and Lawhive, while receiving meaningful early‑stage equity and contributing to a mission‑driven vision of accessible law.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in integration, transformation, programme management, operations, consulting, M&A integration or a related field.
• Proven track record leading complex cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities, including planning, prioritisation and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience implementing or driving adoption of technology platforms and operational systems.
• Experience within legal services, professional services, financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
