- • Manage the growth and delivery of remote operations services from our Sofia ROC hub.
- • Lead the team in Sofia, manage the facility and collaborate across the global business to provide maximum value to our global operations teams.
- • Reports to James Barton - Global Projects Director.
- • Join us at Hawk-Eye and play a key role in the delivery of services to some of sport’s biggest right-holders.
- • Our Remote Operations teams play a crucial role in delivering high-quality experiences at major sporting events worldwide.
- • You will work with Hawk-Eye teams from across the globe, supporting their operations and providing expertise to help deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
- • Sofia is a key part of our global Remote Operations capability, and is a key growth area as we continue to bring new technologies and services to all levels of the sports industry.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Leadership of ROC Sofia Operational Function: Lead and manage the ROC Sofia function, provide high-quality, efficient and scalable services to support global operational growth.
- • Management of Sofia Resource Pool: Manage and develop our pool of ROC Sofia operational resources (casual, full-time and management).
- • Sofia Facility: Manage the ROC Sofia facility, ensure that the facility, our technical installations and underlying infrastructure are fit for purpose as a global operational hub.
- • Global Remote Operations Leadership: Alongside other global operational leaders, contribute to a Remote Operations strategy to serve the global business.

- • Strong communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders with confidence in English and Bulgarian.
- • Highly organised, with a structured and efficient approach to planning.
- • Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to thrive in a reactive environment.
- • A strong understanding of Hawk-Eye services, standards and operational models.
- • Strong analytical mindset, with an understanding of data-driven decision making, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- • Experience in continuous improvement and process management to drive quality and efficiency.
