- • As an Intermediate UX Designer at CaseWare International Inc., you will play a key role in shaping the future of user experience for cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions used by accounting professionals across 130 countries, contributing to a legacy of innovation in fintech spanning over 30 years.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design Teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs using AI-assisted tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, and Replit, translating complex workflows into accessible experiences that help customers work more intelligently and deliver impactful results.
- • You will join a forward-thinking UX Design Team at CaseWare, a pioneering Canadian fintech leader with over 500,000 global users, where design craft meets AI-assisted making to drive evolution in how financial professionals interact with technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in UX design within regulated financial software, gain hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the design process, and contribute to products that empower accounting and audit professionals worldwide, advancing both your craft and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex software applications
- • Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design
- • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, or Replit is a plus
- • Understanding of user research methods and ability to translate insights into design solutions
- • Experience designing for B2B or enterprise SaaS products, preferably in fintech, accounting, or related domains
