- • Join Lyra Health, a global leader in transforming mental health care, as an International Affiliate in New Zealand. We are dedicated to providing accessible, effective, and cost-efficient mental health solutions to employers and their employees worldwide, supporting over 20 million individuals. Our innovative approach, validated by more than 20 peer-reviewed studies, demonstrates that our care model helps people recover twice as fast and leads to a significant 26% annual reduction in overall healthcare claims costs. Lyra Empower, our fully integrated, AI-powered platform, is at the forefront of this transformation, combining cutting-edge technology with the highest quality of care.
- • As an International Affiliate, you will become an integral part of Lyra’s extensive global provider network. This network comprises highly skilled, licensed professionals offering both in-person and virtual mental health services. We leverage advanced matching technology to connect providers with clients who are a strong fit, ensuring a collaborative and effective therapeutic journey. Our commitment extends beyond client care; we provide a supportive platform for our providers, offering comprehensive administrative and marketing support, opportunities for professional development through training, and valuable clinical consultation.
- • This role is an exceptional opportunity for independently licensed clinical therapists who are passionate about delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy. You will have the chance to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health needs. Whether clients present with milder concerns or require support for more complex and severe conditions, your expertise will be invaluable.
- • We are particularly interested in providers who seek a practice environment that offers well-matched and motivated clients, significantly reducing the administrative burden associated with self-promotion and scheduling. Our streamlined processes for invoicing and prompt payments ensure that you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional patient care. The ability to conduct in-person sessions through your private or group practice is strongly preferred, allowing for a more comprehensive and personalized therapeutic experience.
- • Specifically, we are seeking clinicians who can offer services to clients located in Auckland, New Zealand, with the flexibility to work both in-person and online. This hybrid approach allows for greater accessibility and caters to the diverse needs and preferences of our client base. By joining Lyra, you are not just joining a network; you are becoming part of a movement to redefine mental health care, making it more accessible, effective, and stigma-free for everyone.
- • Your role will involve conducting initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You will collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals, fostering resilience and well-being. Lyra provides ongoing support through a dedicated provider portal, access to clinical resources, and opportunities to connect with peers for shared learning and support. This is a unique chance to expand your practice, reach a broader audience, and make a profound impact on the lives of individuals and families, all while benefiting from the robust infrastructure and support of a leading global mental health organization.
- • We value diversity and inclusivity in our network and encourage applications from therapists with a variety of specializations and cultural backgrounds. Your unique skills and perspectives will enrich our ability to serve a global community. Lyra Health is committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where providers can thrive professionally and personally. Embrace this opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization that is making a tangible difference in mental health care worldwide.

- • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload with a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to more complex and severe support.
- • Strong preference for clinicians who can offer in-person sessions through their private or group practice, particularly in the Auckland region.
