• As an International Affiliate Provider, you will leverage Lyra Empower, our fully integrated, AI-powered platform, to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to a diverse clientele. Our innovative approach combines cutting-edge technology with a commitment to clinical excellence, ensuring our members receive the best possible care.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on what you do best – providing exceptional client care – while Lyra handles the administrative burdens of self-promotion, scheduling, and client acquisition. We are dedicated to supporting our network providers with advanced matching technology, a robust provider platform, and continuous opportunities for professional development through training and clinical consultation.
• You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Our network serves a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, ranging from milder presentations to more complex and severe conditions. We encourage clinicians with experience across this broad spectrum to apply.

• While virtual sessions are a component of modern mental health care, we strongly prefer providers who have the capacity to see clients in person through their private practice. This in-person component is crucial for building rapport and providing a comprehensive therapeutic experience for many clients.
• You will be expected to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Lyra's policies and professional standards. Our platform is designed to streamline these processes, allowing you to dedicate more time to client interaction and less time to administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed psychotherapist or counsellor (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCP) in good standing with their respective licensing board.
• Demonstrated experience providing evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive and inclusive mental health care.
• Strong preference for providers with an established private practice capable of offering in-person sessions.
• Willingness and ability to serve clients in Montreal, Winnipeg, and/or Toronto.
