- • As an Internship Solutions Engineering (m/f/d) at Flip App Inc., you will play a strategic role in shaping how the company engages with prospects and builds compelling business cases for its AI-powered employee experience platform. You will work directly with the Head of Solution Engineering and a team of experienced Solution Engineers to support the full pre-sales cycle, from discovery to decision, ensuring every prospect interaction is data-driven and impactful.
- • Day to day, you will conduct prospect research and discovery preparation by analyzing target companies’ industry, organizational structure, frontline workforce challenges, and digital maturity to build hypothesis-driven frameworks. You will develop data-backed business cases that quantify Flip’s value for specific prospect profiles, perform market and competitive intelligence analysis, assess technical environments and integration requirements, and support Solution Engineers in demo preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and building reusable solution playbooks and use case libraries.
