• • As an Investment Banking - ECM Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing xAI’s sophisticated AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality data annotations and inputs specifically tailored to the intricate domain of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) investment banking. This involves leveraging your deep expertise in a wide array of ECM transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, secondary offerings, underwriting processes, bookbuilding methodologies, prospectus drafting, roadshows, and the broader spectrum of equity issuance procedures. Your contributions will be critical in training AI systems to accurately understand and process real-world financial market dynamics. You will work closely with our dedicated technical teams, offering invaluable insights to refine existing annotation tools and to curate impactful datasets that ensure our AI models effectively capture the nuances of ECM activities.
