• • In this pivotal role as an Investment Banking - M&A Expert, you will be instrumental in enhancing xAI’s AI models by providing high-quality, contextually relevant data annotations and inputs specifically tailored to the intricate world of M&A investment banking. Your deep expertise will be the cornerstone for training our advanced AI systems, enabling them to grasp the nuances of complex financial transactions. You will be tasked with leveraging your comprehensive understanding of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, sophisticated financial modeling techniques, robust valuation methodologies, intricate deal structuring, thorough due diligence processes, compelling pitch book creation, and the formulation of fairness opinions. This hands-on contribution will directly shape the capabilities of our AI, ensuring it accurately reflects real-world M&A dynamics and provides valuable insights.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the meticulous utilization of proprietary software to deliver precise input and labels for a variety of M&A investment banking projects. This critical task ensures the generation of high-quality data essential for the effective training of our AI models. You will be responsible for curating and delivering data that accurately represents complex scenarios, including but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, detailed financial modeling, advanced valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis, as well as intricate deal structuring, comprehensive due diligence, the creation of persuasive pitch books, and the issuance of fairness opinions. Furthermore, you will engage in close collaboration with our technical staff, actively supporting the training of new AI tasks and contributing your domain expertise to the development of innovative AI technologies. A key aspect of your role will be to assist in the design and continuous improvement of annotation tools, ensuring they are efficiently tailored to the specific needs of M&A investment banking data.
