- • As an IT Administrator at Forma, you will provide day-to-day IT support for employees and contractors, ensuring reliable access to devices, applications, and business systems while delivering an exceptional end-user experience.
- • You will resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests efficiently, maintaining employee productivity through timely, customer-focused technical support.
- • You will execute onboarding, offboarding, and access management in Okta: provision, modify, and deprovision SSO/SCIM access following least-privilege practices.
- • You will administer the Mac fleet in Kandji, managing enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, and device compliance against security baselines.
- • You will triage Okta authentication and MFA issues, including factor resets and account recovery within established verification procedures.
- • You will maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle (procurement, tracking, secure wipe, and retirement) with audit-ready records.
- • You will adhere to security and compliance processes, and support audit evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA (onboarding/offboarding tickets, access logs, asset records).
- • You will escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining thorough documentation, runbooks, and self-service knowledge base articles.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of IT and troubleshooting experience
- • Experience with MacOS Administration, SaaS Administration, and Identity & Access Management (SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA policies, user lifecycle)
- • Experience with customer focused communication and problem solving
- • Adept at documentation & process adherence
- • Excellent time management & prioritization skill
- • Comfort with scripting/automation (Bash, Python, or similar) and exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
