- • Embark on a pivotal role as an IT and LMS Administrator at Kotterinternational, a dynamic organization committed to driving impactful change and fostering leadership excellence globally. In this multifaceted position, you will be instrumental in architecting, implementing, and maintaining both our critical internal IT infrastructure and our sophisticated Learning Management System (LMS). Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency of our operations and the effectiveness of our learning initiatives, ensuring that our team and our clients have seamless access to the resources and knowledge they need to succeed.
- • As the technological backbone of Kotter, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic enhancement of our IT systems. This includes ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our networks, hardware, software, and cloud-based services. You will troubleshoot technical issues, implement upgrades, manage user accounts and permissions, and develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to safeguard our digital assets and maintain operational continuity. Your proactive approach to system monitoring and maintenance will be key to preventing disruptions and optimizing our technological environment.
- • Simultaneously, you will be the guardian and innovator of our LMS. This involves the administration, configuration, and ongoing development of our learning platform to support a diverse range of educational programs, client training, and internal professional development. You will be responsible for course uploading and management, user enrollment and tracking, reporting on learning progress and completion rates, and ensuring the LMS is intuitive and engaging for all users. Your work will directly contribute to the scalability and impact of Kotter's renowned learning solutions.
- • You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Program Delivery, to understand their technological needs and provide tailored solutions. This might involve integrating the LMS with other business systems, developing custom reports, or providing technical support for digital learning tools. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders will be crucial for successful project implementation and user adoption.
- • A significant part of your role will involve evaluating new technologies and recommending solutions that can enhance our IT capabilities and learning delivery. You will stay abreast of industry trends in IT administration and e-learning, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tools and platforms to improve efficiency, security, and user experience. - • You will also play a key role in managing vendor relationships, particularly those related to our IT hardware, software, and LMS platform. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and cloud services.

- • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms and applications.
