📋 Description

• IT Automation Engineer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows across IT systems using tools like Tines, Google Apps Script, and Python to streamline user onboarding, offboarding, and system provisioning.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include automating employee lifecycle processes, building event-driven pipelines, integrating APIs across SaaS platforms, collaborating with Security and IT teams on Zero Trust implementations, developing internal tools, maintaining automation logic with version control, implementing monitoring and alerting, researching new automation frameworks, and creating technical documentation and operational dashboards.

• The role offers opportunity to deepen expertise in IT automation, API integration, identity and access management, cloud environments, and Zero Trust principles while contributing to scalable, efficient IT operations at a fast-growing, innovative technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Automation, IT Engineering, or DevOps-style IT Operations
• Strong programming and scripting background in Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
• Proven experience building workflows in automation platforms such as Tines, BetterCloud, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or Workato
• Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and event-based architecture
• Experience automating identity and access management (IAM) operations via APIs (Okta, Google Identity, Azure AD)
