📋 Description

• • As an IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist at Alan SAS, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient technology experiences for employees across multiple countries, directly supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize healthcare by enabling a productive and healthy workforce.
• • Day to day, you will manage device lifecycle and security via MDM (Kandji/Apple Business Manager), administer SaaS platforms and identity systems (Google Workspace, SSO), handle IT oncall rotations, troubleshoot macOS and endpoint issues at scale, and support onboarding/offboarding workflows while contributing to automation and self-service projects that reduce operational toil.
• • You will join a growing, mission-driven IT Community within Alan, a vertically integrated health partner serving over a million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, where radical transparency, distributed ownership, and continuous learning are core leadership principles guiding how teams operate and innovate.
