📋 Description

• As IT Director at Local Infusion, you will oversee the company’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and operational readiness during rapid national expansion, serving as the primary internal owner of IT operations and ensuring scalable, secure technology across hundreds of future ambulatory infusion center sites.
• You will manage the outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship, lead IT readiness and deployment for new center openings, own enterprise IT processes through Rippling and other systems, develop scalable workflows for multi-state growth, ensure HIPAA and cybersecurity compliance, and serve as the accountability point for IT security, access management, endpoint management, and incident response.
• You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, People, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and external vendors to align IT initiatives with business goals, maintain IT governance documentation, and support due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions and market expansion.
• In this role, you will gain deep experience in healthcare IT leadership, drive innovation in a mission-driven startup, and build scalable systems that directly improve patient care and clinician workflows while advancing your expertise in compliance, vendor management, and enterprise IT operations in a high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience
• Prior experience managing third-party MSP relationships and outsourced IT environments
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and/or rapid growth environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent center launches
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare IT security, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-growth environment with minimal internal IT headcount
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with operational and executive leadership
• Background working in Healthcare (preferred)
• Experience supporting ambulatory care, infusion, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with identity/access management, endpoint management, and cloud-based IT environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS/IT management platforms (preferred)
