IT Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• • As an IT Enablement Specialist at Dataiku SAS, you will be the owner of IT Processes and Knowledge Base, playing a critical role in enabling the company’s growth by ensuring reliability, quality, and collaboration across IT functions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include improving and strengthening IT processes such as Change Management, Incident Management, and Project Management using industry best practices like ITIL; configuring and supporting ITSM and Project Management tools; leading process adoption by facilitating meetings, guiding teams, and ensuring tools are well-configured and user-friendly; defining Knowledge Management processes, maintaining the Knowledge Base for completeness and currency, and building and maintaining a System Integration Map that documents application and system integrations.
• • You will collaborate closely with IT Support, IT Operations, Security, Infrastructure, and Systems teams (including People, Finance, and Business) to align practices and optimize workflows across the organization.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in IT service management, process optimization, and knowledge governance; become a trusted referent for IT processes across the company; gain hands-on experience with ITSM and PPM tools; and contribute to scalable, enterprise-grade AI infrastructure by enabling seamless IT operations that support Dataiku’s mission as the Platform for AI Success.
