- • As an IT Engineer at Attio Ltd, you will play a critical role in enabling the company’s global team to stay productive, secure, and compliant by managing the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and IT services across remote and in-office environments. Your work directly supports Attio’s mission to build the CRM for the AI era by ensuring seamless technical operations that empower ambitious go-to-market teams.
- • Day to day, you will deploy, manage, and maintain Attio’s growing fleet of Apple Mac computers, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting for users experiencing technical issues. You will oversee IT equipment in the London office, including networking infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment in event and studio spaces, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- • You will manage user accounts across a wide array of SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Notion, provisioning access based on role and need while enforcing security best practices to protect company data. This includes maintaining accurate records of onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle events to support compliance with industry standards.
- • You will review and maintain relationships with external IT vendors, assessing their security and compliance posture and preserving evidence aligned with Attio’s ISO 27001 control framework. Your attention to detail will help uphold the company’s commitment to operational excellence and trustworthiness.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Engineering and Operations teams, contributing to a culture of precision, continuous improvement, and scalable systems. This fixed-term role offers full integration into the team, giving you ownership and impact equivalent to a permanent position while working on meaningful challenges at a fast-growing, innovative company.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT management, particularly within security-conscious, high-growth tech environments. You will gain hands-on experience with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, MDM and EDR tools, and enterprise SaaS administration—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across the technology sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience deploying and troubleshooting Apple Mac hardware
- • Experience deploying and troubleshooting macOS at scale
- • Experience managing SaaS software via SSO solutions such as Okta or Google Workspace
- • Experience working with and assisting technical teams on IT issues in high-efficiency environments
