• • As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s global production technology environment, directly enabling seamless operations for creative, production, and engineering teams across a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing cloud services (Google Drive, Box, Lucid Link), administering Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, overseeing Box and collaboration tools, leading incident response, enforcing security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA), managing patching and vulnerability remediation, conducting access reviews, and driving capacity planning and infrastructure scaling to support business growth.
• • You will join a global infrastructure team within Jellyfish, a leading international digital marketing agency that blends technology, creativity, and data expertise to deliver innovative campaigns for clients worldwide, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
