• • As an IT Integrations Engineer at DEPT Holding B.V., you will play a critical role in supporting the technical execution of strategic projects within the Global IT team, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions with existing infrastructure while optimizing processes through AI-driven improvements and workflow enhancements.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to project coordination and resource allocation, supporting global support processes, managing IT support requests, enabling secure employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding/off-boarding), conducting system audits, and maintaining compliance across platforms like Atlassian, Asana, Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• • You will be part of DEPT®’s Holding team in Skopje, a hybrid-working environment housing over 100 professionals across Technology, Data, Motion Design, Marketing, and SRE, serving as the operational backbone that empowers global teams and drives innovation for world-class clients including Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, and OpenAI.
